5 stars!! If you're looking for quality Korean BBQ in Seattle, Meet is the place to go. The meat is top-tier--tender, flavorful, and clearly high quality. You can really taste the difference. The vibes here are also spot on: stylish, welcoming, and perfect for a casual hangout or a fun night out with friends. The staff is friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Great energy, great food--definitely a go-to KBBQ spot in the city.

Got the signature feast. Meat is high quality and tender, served with ssamjang and salt as dipping options. Their banchan was pretty basic and not too much variety. Their gyeran jjim was really good and prob the fluffiest I've had. Kimchi fried rice was flavorful. Doenjjang jiggae was basic but still good. Restaurant was clean and modern. Staff is attentive and cooked the meat medium rare for us while putting it on our plates as it was done. Thank you!!!

It was my first time but I was pleasantly surprised at the food quality and the service. Lily our server was very prompt and skillful at grilling our meat. She was very attentive and friendly. I also liked the ambience and the decor. I will definitely return.

Got the chef choice which came with aged beef and three other cut meats. It came with corn cheese, souffle egg and a soybean paste stew with pieces of the beef. Also got some banchan and elevated scallion salad. Got a free sparkling wine drink for my birthday. Everything is cooked for you on the spot. Loved the food and service was attentive. Ambiance was luxurious. Only con is that it can be hard to find street parking.

Great atmosphere. Good place to bring business associates because they grill everything for us. The price is a big high end though. I loved their galbi most. I will definitely come back again.

I was in Seattle for a conference and have a couple of friends who live here so they decided to take us here for Korean BBQ. We had a reservation for 4 people and were seated once we got here. It was pretty interesting vibes, very clubby for a Korean BBQ restaurant. We ordered the Park's Meaty Feast and also the small Pork Feast that came with a lot of large dishes including the corn cheese, egg soufflé, soybean stew, kimchi soup, as well as banchan. We also ordered the steak tartare and seafood scallion pancake. It was A LOT of food for 4 people. We definitely over-ordered. All of the meats were very fresh and delicious, and the service was impeccable. We never really had to cook our own meat and they came around to serve us to make sure the meat was adequately cooked. The steak tartare was served with a nice cracker and the seafood scallion pancake was had the perfect amount of crispness to chewiness. I would definitely come here again for Korean BBQ! It was definitely worth it and had a lot of side dishes that complimented the meat-heavy meal nicely.

We have tried many korean restaurants around Seattle, from Federal way to Lynnwood. Having moved here from LA and still goes back to LA Ktown often, i have a pretty good point of reference. My family and i have come to Meet quite a few times and they never disappoint. This time i brought my friends here for a holiday get together and something special. When it comes to kbbq, Meet has definitely leveled up the game by a lot, and in my opinion, is the best in Seattle area. First, the interior decor is modern, clean, and fun. Cooking grill and vent is powerful and they switch grill plates for different meat and also to keep it clean. Cocktails are some of the most delicious concoctions according to my foodie friends. Waitstaff was very friendly and explained everything very well. We did the Signature Feast. If you have more than 2 or 3 people, the Feast option presents a very good value because it comes with Kimchi fried rice, soy bean stew, steamed eggs which is to die for (and i would drive across the lake in rush hour just for that alone). All the meals come with Banchan, the little side dishes of pickled vegetables. The beef was Waygu aged on site, pork belly is Japanese Berkshire pork. Everything cooked to perfection and your preference at the table by waitstaff. We were stuffed at a price of $74/person. While you can save a few dollars at other kbbq, i can assure you the quality of food and service will not come close. Compared to Baekjeong, the LA kbbq Seattle outpost (which is nowhere near their LA ktown experience), Meet is much better for the value. They do not rush you to turn the table. Me and my friends were able to leisurely enjoy our dinner and catch up with each other. Everyone was very impressed and planned to bring their family here knowing they would love it also. If you haven't tried Meet, i would highly recommend you do it.

Our server was so nice when she was cooking the food. Probably one of my favorite KBBQ places in the Puget sound it is not all you can eat, but the quality of meat is way. Way way better I also like the ambience. The flavor was perfect. The sides could be better though.
